Isola d'Elba

Elba is a great little island, with not much to do. That is probably what makes it so great -- you have to find your own entertainment, out in nature or at home. And so we did! Cafés for breakfast, pizzerias for lunch, wine and a fireplace for dinner, some hills and valleys for hiking, and plenty of water for swimming, kayaking, sailing, fishing, or whatever else you could imagine. I spent a fun and relaxing week there, reconnected with a good friend and her family, and finally returned at 5am in time to go straight to school.
